Who operates AIA Connect
AIA Connect is operated by Platform AIA as AIA Connect. You can reach us at support@platformaia.com.
TikTok integration
When you choose to connect a TikTok account, AIA Connect:
- signs you in with TikTok through TikTok Login Kit, after you approve the requested permissions on TikTok;
- reads your basic TikTok profile: your open_id, display name and avatar (and union_id, when TikTok provides it);
- publishes a video that you upload in AIA Connect, through TikTok's Content Posting API, only after you choose the post settings and click Publish.
Nothing is posted to TikTok without your action. Your data is sent only to the social network you connect, to carry out what you ask, and is never sold. You can revoke AIA Connect's access at any time in your TikTok account settings, and you can ask for removal of your connection and stored data by emailing support@platformaia.com.
