Acceptance
By using AIA Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
AIA Connect is operated by Platform AIA as AIA Connect. It helps account owners connect and manage supported social and messaging channels. Available features may change as the service develops.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the connected accounts, credentials, permissions, content, and instructions you provide. You must use only accounts you are authorized to connect and comply with the terms, policies, and requirements of each third-party platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use AIA Connect to violate law, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or misuse connected platforms or their data.
Third-party services
Connected platforms are independent services. Their availability, rules, and behavior are outside AIA Connect’s control. AIA Connect is not endorsed by Meta or any other third-party platform.
TikTok
If you publish to TikTok through AIA Connect, you must own the content or have all rights needed to post it, including any music, and you are responsible for it. TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and policies, including its Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, its Branded Content Policy, apply to everything you post. You choose each post's settings and nothing is posted until you click Publish. You may revoke AIA Connect's access to your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok account settings.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Ownership and termination
AIA Connect and its materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with obligations, or address misuse. You may stop using the service at any time, ask for removal of your connections and stored data by emailing support@platformaia.com, and revoke AIA Connect’s access in the settings of each connected platform.
Disclaimer and liability
AIA Connect is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
