Request deletion
AIA Connect is operated by Platform AIA as AIA Connect. Removal is done by the operator on request: to request deletion of a connection and the information associated with it, email support@platformaia.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include enough information to identify the relevant AIA Connect account or connected social account.
Verification
To protect account owners and connected accounts, we may need to verify your identity or authorization before processing a deletion request.
What deletion may include
When applicable, deletion may include stored connection metadata, message and conversation data, and related application records associated with the identified account or connection.
Limited retention
Some minimal records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or audit integrity.
Revoking access on the platform
AIA Connect does not offer a disconnect option inside the app. To remove a connection and its stored data, request deletion by email as described above. You can also revoke AIA Connect’s access yourself at any time in the settings of the connected platform (TikTok, Meta or Google). Revoking access stops AIA Connect from using the connection; it does not delete the data AIA Connect already stores, so send a deletion request for that.
TikTok
To delete a TikTok connection and the data AIA Connect stores for it (your TikTok open_id, union_id, display name, avatar address, granted permissions and encrypted tokens), email support@platformaia.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the TikTok account name. The operator handles deletion on request, after the verification described above.
You can also revoke AIA Connect's access yourself at any time in your TikTok account settings. This revokes AIA Connect's access; the tokens we hold stop working, and they stay stored, encrypted, until deletion is requested.
